POLO Architects is a multidisciplinary team that positions itself as a conceptual designer. It takes on a wide range of different urbanism, architecture and interior design projects.

We are looking to expand our team, located in Antwerp and Brussels, with a motivated, self-employed BIM Model Manager (m/f) for a full-time collaboration agreement in our Antwerp or Brussels office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a BIM Model Manager, you are responsible for supporting the project team and managing Revit-models developed by your team.
You keep up to date with evolutions within your area of expertise.
You are interested in guiding the development of a BIM model from design to tender.
Within your team, you are the point of contact for BIM questions and/or proposals.
You participate in meetings with the other BIM Model Managers to evaluate and adjust what is necessary.

PROFILE

You obtained a Bachelor's degree in the field of architecture (Applied Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Drawing,...).
You have a very strong knowledge of Revit and AutoDesk Docs (previously BIM360).
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of Revit and work experience is a big plus.
You are flexible and you can handle pressure and tight deadlines.
Your work is methodical and structured, with a keen eye for detail.
You speak fluent Dutch and English.
